WEBB: I am search for the parents and siblings
of Richard Daron WEBB. He was born in Shelby Co. in 1799. According to
a biography, his father took the place of the oldest son during the War
of 1812 and was killed. However, I have not been able to verify this. Richard
WEBB married Hester Eliza (Hettie) WATSON in Oldham Co. in 1828. Shoerly
thereafter they moved to first Piatt Co. and then Dewitt Co., Il. He was
listed as one of the early pioneers of that area.

It is a DAR record that states she was the daughter of Thomas. J. Whitaker
