at the request of Polly Stogsdill widow, and one of the Administrators of William Stogsdill Deceased and Willis J Stogsdill the other Adm. of said Decedent the undersigned met with them at his office in the Town of Somerset and proceeded to make the following settlement=
present Silas Mize, Milton G Mize and Joseph Randolph heirs of said Stogsdill & c (to wit)
