I'd like to exchange information with anyone interested in the OWENS
and HOPPER families who were in Pulaski County during the years
1844-1865. MATHEW OWENS (b:1790, m:1813), his wife
KATHARINE SOWDER
(b:1791), and their son DANIEL OWENS moved from Claiborne County, TN
about 1844. Daniel married MARTHA HOPPER in 1849 in Pulaski County. I
suspect that Martha and her parents are also from Claiborne County but
can't confirm this. Daniel and Martha Owens moved to Pike County, IN
about 1864 and later to Warrick County, IN.
