Searching for Isaac CUNDIFF b. 7/6/1791 d. 5/18/1855, m. Lucy DOGAN in
Pulaski Co, KY. They moved to Saline Co, MO. He is buried in Saline
Co. I don't know where she is buried. Children - Nancy b. 1839, John
S. b. 1843 (m. Nancy E. Hudson), William L b. 1835, Christopher
Columbus b. 1830 (m. Mariah F. CRAIN), Elizabeth b. 1828 (m. W. W.
ARNETT), Catherine b. ?. I think most of the children were born in KY.
Not sure when or where Catherine was born or died. Do any of these

Seeking info: Obediah ESTES/EASTES b: 1763, m:1792 Edgefield,SC., d
1847 Hancock Co. IN. M; Francis HARVEY B: SC. They lived in
Lincoln/Pulaski CO.KY. in Gilberts Creek area between 1799-1801. (paid
taxes there then) I am trying to prove connection to Elisha ESTES
(will probated 1819 in Roane Co. TN.) whose other son married in
SC.and whose two daughters married BRISTER and MULLEKIN in SC. Three
of Elishas sons came to PUlaski Co, KY. two stayed There,Obediah went
"north". I need any information that will help prove that this Obediah
Estes is the same person in SC., TN.,

Looking for any info on Nora HOUCHINS from Pulaski Co., KY. She was
born in 1880's. She married James HENDERSON in early 1900's. Their
chidren included Elsie Easter, Pauline, and I think Ruth. Please help.

I am seeking info on the JONES family who migrated from Orange Co. NC
to Pulaski Co. Ky. by 1800. There were five known children, Alexander,
Robert, William and James all born in NC. Another brother Thomas was
born 1800 Pulaski Co. Ky. Parents unknown. I am also interested in
Pearce JONES m. Sarah GRAVES December 12, 1780 in Granville Co. NC. He
is listed on the 1800 census but is not found on th 1810 cesus for
Pulaski Co. Ky. Could Pearce and Sarah be the unknown parents of the
five JONES boys? I decend from Thomas JONES and share information.

LOVING / LOVIN / LOVINS / LOVINGS I am looking for anyone with a
LOVING in their family. The LOVINGs began in KY in the 1790's,
probably with Isaac Loving who lived in Garrard, Jessamine, and Laurel
Counties. His son Joshua lived in the Pulaski, Laurel, and Rockcastle
Couties area, where most of his children married and raised their
families. I am looking for information on any of Joshua LOVIN's

I can't find any record of the birth of my Dad or his death except he
is listed in the Pulaski Cemetary books. I can find his mariage
cirtificate. My dad was born November 19, 1908 in Wayne County,
Kentucky and died in Pulaski County February 5, 1938. I tried to get a
Death Certificiate, but can't find any record of his death. I spend
four hours in Frankfort aand have visited Libraries and can't get a
Certificiate Number. I would like very much to know what my dad died
from as he died so young. If anyone can get me in the right
directions, great. My Dad's name - Luther PITMAN

My dad Luther PITMAN born November 19, 1908 and died February 5, 1938.
Since he died so young like my grandfather, I wanted to get his death
certificate to find out the cause of death. He was borned in Wayne
County and died in Pulaski. Also I would like to know if he ever
attended school. No one seems to know. There must be someplace that
keeps records back to the early 1900's when he would have attened
school. My Dad's death is not listed in the Kentucky Death books and

1819 Pulaski Co., KY married Charity A. WILLEY, b. 3 May 1822 Albany,
IN. Family history gives his parents as Ambros Green BUTT and Sopha
CURL, who both d. in KY c1881. William became a Minister, I have quite
a lot of data on him to share from about 1847 on.

Looking for information on Samuel, Alexander, and John CLARK who were
living in Pulaski Co. beginning some time in the 1770's or 1780's.
There were other brothers and sisters: Thomas, Deborah, Sarah (Sally),
Benjamin, James, Stewart, and William. James, Thomas, and Benjamin and
probably the two girls moved to Warren Co., TN between 1800 and 1805.
Thomas and Benjamin married there, although they later moved on. The
moves that these people made seem to be related to their membership in
the Primative Baptist Church. They were members of the Sinking Creek
Baptist Church. It appears that Samuel stayed in KY. Alexander was
blind so might never have been listed as a head of household. I have
no information on John. Samuel and Alexander seem to have been the
oldest and must have been born before 1776 when James was born. John
is generally listed in the top 3 or 4 when a listing of the children
appears. Deborah married Abraham MCGINNIS and moved to AK along with
James, Stewart, and William in the 1830's. Sarah or Sally married
someone with the last name of DRAKE. So far no first name has
surfaced. I would like to know about these children and also their
parents. The mother or grandmother of these children was named DEBOYES
according to my great grandfather, a son of the Thomas earlier
mentioned. I feel that the father's name may have been Thomas, but the
names Thomas, James, and John occur in almost all the families.
Stewart married Betsy ENGLISH in Pulaski Co., KY in 1799.

Seeking information about Moses CUMMINS, jr of Rockcastle Co and his
daughter, Isabelle (Abby,Ibby,Elizabeth) Cummins, who married Larkin
PUMPHREY. Isabelle was born in 1820. She was in Pulaski Co Ky in 1900.
I have not found her in 1910, so I assume she died during the
1900-1910 time span. Larkin died May 20,1886 and is buried in the
Poplar Grove Cem,Rockcastle, as per Cem Rec Book. Is Isabelle buried
there also?? I would like to exchange info on my Cummins/Pumphrey
line. Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

an Obediah ESTES/EASTES, b: ca 1763 who m: Frances Harvey, d/o James
Harvey. I Think Obediah is the brother of Elisha and David, all sons
of Elisha of Roane Co. Tn. Elisha and David stayed in Pulaski (I Know
about them--will answer queries re their descendants) but Obediah
allegedly went on to Indiana. He made one trip to CrabOrchard then
came back to Pulaski before going north. (family verbal history only)
A secondary source (usually reliable) stay he owned land on Gregory
Creek in Pulaski--never heard of it.
