Cecil Williams, Editor at Somerset, Dies

  Cecil T. Williams of Somerset, editor of the 'Somerset Journal', and rural highway commissioner, died in St. Joseph's, Louisville infirmary last Sunday.
Mr. Williams was 55 years old and has been rural highway commissioner since 1936. He was well-known in [Russell] county and had many friends here.
  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. May Williams; a daughter, Miss Ann Williams, and two brothers, Richard Williams of Somerset and John Williams of Washington [and] Lee university, Lexington, Va.
