Jasper Newton Mullins was my GGrandmother's brother..My GGrandmother's name was Elvira (Ella) Mullins Reffitt. Jasper N. and Elvira's father was Jeptha Mullins from Wolfe Co KY. Jepetha was the son of Joseph and Elizabeth Kelly Mullins. Elvira was born about 1881, Wolfe Co KY. Elvira wrote that she was 3 or 4 years old when her mother died.. She said her mother's name was Louisa Little. When her mother died they moved to Powell Co. KY. Several years later they moved to Montgomery Co KY. I do not know why they moved to Powell Co. or if they had relatives. there.. If anyone knows of this Mullins/Little family...please share..
