Mrs. Haney {Pearl Mae} Winchester
Funeral services were held Aug. 23 for Mrs. Haney {Pearl Mae}
Winchester, 71, of Stearns. She died Aug. 20 after several weeks
of illness at Lake Cumberland Medical Center at Somerset./
Services were conducted by the Rev. Billy J. Tuner at Hickman
Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pine Knot Cemetery. She was a
member of White Oak Junction Baptist Church. a housewife, who
lived many years at Stearns, she was born Dec. 3, 1905, in Wayne
County to Thomas Bell of Coopersville and the late Dora Coffey./
Besides her husband, survivors include six of seven children;
Jewelene Lavender and Judith D. Braden of Indianapolis, Anna
Belle Gregory of Coopersville, Lawrence Harold Winchester, Helen
Lois Ross and Wilma Jean Bloemaker of Cincinnati. A son, Jimmy Winchester,
preceded her in death. Other survivors include 16 grandchildren and 8
great grandchildren
