Elijah Fields & daughters.
In 1905 from left to right: 1. Dixie (Fields) Booth. She married
Henry Booth. 2. Minnie (Fields) Fannin. She met John Brison Fannin
while they lived on Staffords Fork and they married in 1910. Dixie &
Minnie were the daughters of Elijah Fields and Florence Duncan. 3.
Elijah Fields. He was the son of Reuben Fields and Matilda Porter.
He married Florence Duncan.

The Roland Gauze family circa 1934:
The back row Jimmy, Florie, Vadis, Florencie & Sherman (which was
added later because he had been killed before this picture was
painted). Lutian, Freelin & Arville. The parents: Zelphia Preece-Gauze
& Roland Hison Gauze. The young girls: Ruby, Mildred, & Minerva. The
youngest child in the picture was born in 1933. She may have been
two or three. Dating the picture to 1934 or 1935. The oldest was
born in 1909.

Abraham & Sarah Ellen (Cumbo) Goble on their wedding day in 1877.
Abraham Goble was the son of Isaac Gobble and Jane Gobble born 1826
in VA. Sarah Ellen Cumbo was the daughter of Wm. Francis (Frank)
Cumbo and Sarah Ellen Campbell. She was also born in VA abt. 1857
and died Oct. 3, 1953. They lived on Middle Fork on the family farm
and are buried in the Goble Fraley cemetery.

John Jude (alias Frederick) & son John Butler Jude circa 1925.
John Jude (alias Frederick) was married to Mary Belle Jude (alias
Frederick). He was the son of Joseph Jude (alias Frederick) & Sarah
Mullins.
