``Bunkie'' Turner, 56, of Richmond, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ramsey Funeral
Home by the Rev. Frank Foster. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery. He died Tuesday at Pattie A. Clay
Hospital. Born Aug. 31, 1942, in Madison
County, he was a son of Emma Broaddus Turner of Madison County and the late
Harry F. Turner. He was a heavy equipment operator for Minerich Land and Cattle
Co. and a member of Kirksville Christian Church. Other survivors include his wife,
Shirley Davidson Turner of Richmond; a son, Joe D. Turner of Waco; a daughter,
Melissa Turner; two stepsons, Robert and Bruce Frederick, both of Madison
County; a brother, Russell Turner of Madison County; a sister, Jo Ann McFadden
of Garrard County; two grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Donnie Strong,
Delbert Childers, Silas Pingleton, Danny Cates and Tim Lainhart. |
