Jason Dale Rose, 19 of Richmond, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at the University
of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington as a result of an auto accident. He was
born Oct. 4, 1984 in Richmond, the son of Jeff (Vicki) Rose of Richmond and
Beverly Clemmons of Berea. He was employed by Red Lobster in Richmond, and was a
graduate of Madison Southern High School.
Survivors include his parents and one brother, Jacob Wayne Rose of Richmond;
three sisters, Paula DeBorde of Brodhead, Jeri "Birdie" Ray of Berea and Angela
Morris of Richmond; his grandparents Cecil and Kathy Hall, Wayne Rose and Edna
Rose, all of Richmond; one nephew, Dylan Rose; and two nieces, Brooklyn Morris
and Cheyenne Deborde.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004, at the
Church on the Rock in Berea with Bro. Mark Sarver, Bro Waylon Clemmons and Bro.
Bobby Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to People's Bank at Jason Rose's memorial fund in
Madison County. Anything left will go to Children's Rheumatoid Arthritis
Foundation.
Arrangements are being handled by the Cox Funeral Home. Friends may call from to
6 to 9 p.n. Tuesday at the church.
