Mary A. Robinson age 86 of Calico Road in Berea, passed away Wednesday evening at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Mary was born in Leslie County, Kentucky to the late John F. and Maggie Young Fields. She was a member of the Harmons Lick Church of God.

She is survived by her children Frances Flinchum and her husband Charles Jr. of Frankfort, Delores Sparks and her husband Clifton of Paint Lick, James Robinson and his wife Betty of Indianapolis, Ann Young and her husband Ralph of Berea, Betty McGuire and her husband Dallas of Berea, Charles Robinson and his wife Mary Margaret of Berea and Dennis Ray Robinson of Berea; one sister Vesta Peters of Lancaster; 23 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents Mary was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Waldo Robinson who passed away September 24, 1998, three children Billy Robinson, Dallas Robinson and Jewell Kidwell and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2004 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Vernon Willard officiating. Burial will follow in the Robinson Cemetery in Cartersville. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-9 at Lakes Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.
