Lawrence “Perk” Perkins, 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Tuesday June 6, 2004 at the Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky and grew up in Whitley City. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gilce (Ruby Hayes) Perkins. He was a retired Boiler Maker and a Veteran serving in the ARMY-AIRFORCE in WWII. He was preceded in death by Wife Alene Shelby Perkins, and a brother Roy Perkins. He is survived by

Graveside services will be conducted Monday July 12, 2004 at Noon at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Harlan, Kentucky with full military detail. There will be private visitation.
