Lois Olinger
Lois June Olinger, age 69, of Liberty Township was called to her Heavenly Home from Hospice of Hamilton, on Monday, April 26, 2004 at 11:45 a.m. She was a generous, multi-talented Christian and many benefited from her testimony. Lois was born in Berea, KY on February 25, 1935, the daughter of Willie and Gertrude (Wrenn) Peters. On August 2, 1952, in Lawrenceburg, IN, Lois was married to Andrew Olinger of Hamilton.
Lois is survived by her husband, Andrew and 3 daughters, Gwendolyn Kay (Croucher) and her husband Steven of West Chester, Janet Lee Amber of Liberty Township and Andrea June (White) and her husband Michael of West Chester; 8 grandsons, Michael Jr. and Benjamin Bustle, Joseph and Ethan Amber, Andrew, Jessup and Brennan White, Eric Croucher and one great grandson, Ace Bustle and of special mention, Ryan Coulton; two sisters, Vivian Lee (Frank) Wren of Ridge Manor, FL and Carolyn Janet Painter of Victor, CO; two brothers, Donald R. (Janet) Peters and Jerry D. (Pamela) Peters of Hamilton. Lois also leaves numerous nieces and nephews and is also survived by her father, Willie Peters of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrude Peters.
Funeral services will be held at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, on Friday, April 30, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. with her husband, the Rev. Andrew Olinger and Rev. Donald Hooker of Serenity Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 29 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
