Paul L McCreary,78,of College Hill Road, Husband of Louise Eversole McCreary died Friday at Veterans Hospital, Lexington. He was a native of Madison County, son of the late George and Beatrice Tudor McCreary. Mr McCreary owned an operated an auto body shop. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII. He is survived by one son Gary McCreary Waco, Kentucky, and one daughter Paula (Billy)Putteet Richmond, Kentucky. Other survivors include five grandchildren: Chris and Jeremy McCreary, Amber, Melissa and Jacob Putteet, and several nieces nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be 5-9 P.M. Saturday at Turpin Funeral Home. Funeral Services 2:00 P.M.Sunday at Turpin Funeral Home with Reverend Artur Ray Officiating. Burial in Flatwoods Cemetery. Pallbearers are Avery Jenkins, Kenneth Bicknell, Jimmy McCreary, Gale McCreary, Brent McCreary and Gene Allen Rose. Honorary Pallbearers are Elwood Allen, Donnie Ray Noland, Billy Ray Stone, and Glenn Richardson.
