Judy P. King, 54, of Tony Drive, Berea, departed this life Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at her home.

Ms. King was born on Aug. 13, 1950, in Casey County. She was the daughter of the late Estill and Goldie Tomes. She was a homemaker and was an employee of Bank One.

Survivors include two daughters, Angelina L. King and Lacindia M. King, both of Richmond; two surrogate daughters, Kiki and Carrie; one brother, Hugh Hendren of Yuma, Ariz.; and three grandchildren, Shane King, Darius Guy and Jalen Phelps; and a very special friend, Steve Riley of Berea.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, at the Combs, Parsons and Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Madison Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Steve Riley, Timothy Phelps, Bobby Woods and Junior Grant.

Honorary pallbearers will be Shane King and Darius Guy.
