Sherman Lee Eden age 81 of Doty Lane of Paint Lick, passed away Sunday June 27, 2004 at his home.

Sherman was born in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Walter and Molly Combs Eden. He was a self employed farmer and a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife Geneva Hisle Eden; two sons Johnny (Helen) Eden of Lancaster and Jerry (Tammy) Eden of Foal Lick; one daughter Tammy (Jerry) Parker of Paint Lick; one brother Bobby Eden of Madisonville; one sister Francis Phillips of Lebanon, TN; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, Sherman was also preceded in death by four brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday June 30, 2004 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Rev. Bill Pack officiating. Burial will follow in the Wallaceton Cemetery in Paint Lick. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6- 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
