Mrs. Diane Brown, age 52, of Brodhead, Ky. passed away Sunday, May 2, 2004 at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center in Richmond, Ky.

She was born Feb. 22, 1952, in Berea, Ky., a daughter of Denver Lee and Samantha Jane Smith Brown. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She was of the christian faith.

Those left to mourn her passing include her children- Raymond Mark Brown and wife Julie of Bluff City,Tenn. and Ramealia Sue Brown of Brodhead, Ky. Grandchildren-Charles Raymond Brown, Jon Carl Jordan, and Tiffany Danielle Jordon. Brother- Jerry Lee Brown and wife Jewel of Ottawa, Ky. Sister- Brenda Sue Thomason and husband Bentley "Bro" of Mt. Vernon, KY. Special friends-Dawn Brock, Debbie Adams.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers-Arlis and Danny Brown and grandson-James Mitchell Brown.

Visitation for Diane Brown will be Tuesday, May 4, 2004 from 6-9P at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Ky.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 2P at the Marvin E. Owens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marvin Neal officiating; burial will follow in the Ottawa Cemetery at Ottawa, Ky.

Casketbearers will be B.J. Thomason, Chris Powers, Terry Hoskins, Donnie Barnes, Roy Wright and Timmy Willliams.
