Renel Ernest Barrett, 83, of Richmond passed away Thursday September 23, 2004 at the Patti A. Clay Regional Medical Center. He was a native of Madison County and was born December 7, 1921 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Steven (Addie Cornelison) Barrett. He was a member of the Holiness faith and retired from the Blue Grass Army Depot. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Leola Marie Barrett.

And several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ray Kaylor, Ed Riley, Nobel VanWinkel, and Ronnie Culiff.

Funeral Services will be conducted Monday September 27, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the Turpin Funeral Home with Brother Bobby Greene officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
