Jeffrey Wayne Anderson, 38, of Frederick County, Va., died Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004.

Mr. Anderson was born on Nov. 7, 1965, in Warrenton, Va.

He is survived by his father, Paul E. Anderson of Berea.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004, at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel, in Winchester, Va., with Pastor Frank Crim officiating.
