John Lewis s/o Woodson Lewis, s/o William Lewis The Lewis family lived in the College Hill/Big Bend area near the Kentucky River.
The mobbing of John G. Fee took place at the Lewis Chapel. Fee spoke against slavery and was an early founder of Berea College.
John Robinson (1863-1949) and his wife, Elizabeth "Bettie" (Lewis) Robinson (1865-1948), d/o W.D. Lewis and four of their grandchildren.
