ORDERS} LESLIE COUNTY COURT October Term, 20th Day of October 1902 At a court held for Leslie County in the County seat thereof in the town of Hyden on the 20th day of October 1902, present and presiding Honorable William Dixon Judge Ordered that William Smallwood be attached to the Collins fork road and work under the supervision of Felix Couch surveyor of said road Ordered that John Griffitts in place of A W Howard be and hereby appointed surveyor of that part of the public road beginning from the mouth of Beech fork to the lower end of the clover fields above P.J. Hall’s mill and that he with the hands in the following boundary between the age of 18 and 50 years of age keep said road in good repair according to law, cutting *? 13 feet wide and the over hanging branches 14 feet high viz: Middle fork and its waters from the mouth of Beech fork to the lower end of the said clover field except lower Bad Creek Leslie County Plaintiff Vs. } Road Louisa Dixon Defendant John Wooton It is ordered by the court that the road as runs from that Mouth of Lower Dill Branch to John Wooton’s home on the land of Louisa Dixon is now established the County conceding to Louisa Dixon the old road bed where the new road is *?
