On the 19th day of December 1892 on instrument of writing dated November 1st, 1891 property to be the last will and testament of James Bailey deceased was produced in court and filed with the names of L.G. Baker and J.C. Brewer subscribed thereto as witnesses of the execution thereof who being sworn produced the due execution thereof as the last will and testament of James Bailey and also the death of said testator, said testator *? In Leslie County Kentucky at his oath the same having lay over from the December Term of the Court till the present Term for the executor of said will to executor *?, and the court therefore adjudges said instrument of writing to be the last will and testament of said James Bailey  *?
