Ordered that the appointing of guardian for the infant heirs of John Slusher deceased be continued until the next Term of this Court

On motion of Rainey Napier it is ordered by the Court that said Napier be and is hereby 
authorized to appropriate fifty acres of the vacant and unappropriated land of Leslie County he having paid the County price of five cents per acre therefore by having same entered and surveyed as required by law

Ordered that court adjourn until court in course
