August Special    Term,                31                        Day, August, 1888

At a special court held for Leslie County at the County seat thereof in the town of Hyden on the 31st day of August 1888, present Honorable F.M. Morgan presiding

On motion of Nancy Sisemore it is ordered by the court that said Sisemore be and she is hereby authorized to appropriate one hundred acres of the vacant and unappropriated land of Leslie County she having paid the County price of five cents per acre therefore by having same entered and surveyed as required by law

Ordered that Court adjourn until Court in course

At a Court held for Leslie County at the County seat thereof in the town of Hyden on the 1st day of September 1888, present Honorable F.M. Morgan, Judge presiding

On motion of John Lewis Jr., it is ordered by the court that said Lewis is and he is
authorized to appropriate fifty acres of the vacant and unappropriated land of Leslie County he having paid the County price of five cents per acre therefore by having same entered and surveyed as required by law
