Will of Jas. Hickman-Will Book U-Vol II-Page 434-Bourbon County, Ky.

I, Jas. Hickman, do hereby bequeath to my wife Mary Hickman, all property that I may own at the time of my death, both real & personal to have & to hold for her sole use & benefit to do with as she may desire.

Bourbon County Court March Term Mch. 6th, 1912. The foregoing instrument purporting to be the last Will of Jas. Hickman dec’d. was this day produced to court and proved in due form of law by the oath of F. P. Walker one of the attesting witnesses thereto who also proved the attestation of A. T. Rice the other attesting witness thereto whereupon the same is admitted to probate and ordered to record as and for the last Will of Jas. Hickman deceased.

An instrument purporting to be the last will of Jas. Hickman, dec’d., was this day produced to Court and proven in due form of law by the oath of F. P. Walker one of the attesting witnesses thereto, who also proved the attestation of A. T. Rice the other attesting witness thereto Whereupon the same is admitted to probate and ordered to record as and for the last will of Jas. Hickman dec’d.
