| RONNIE BUNCH, 43, of Statesville, NC, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2000 in Troutman, NC. He was the son of Mable Powell Bunch and the late Ballard Bunch born on December 12, 1956. He was an employee of Penn Engineering in Winston-Salem, NC. Survivors include his wife, Darlene of Troutman, NC; three children, Bobbie Jean Smith and husband Earl of Statesville, NC, Floetta Sanders and husband Michael of Corbin and Ronnie Clyde Bunch of Lenoir, NC; his mother, Mable Bunch of Barbourville; four brothers, Delbert Bunch and wife Linda of Madison Heights, Mich., Randolph Bunch and wife Carolyn of Melvindale, Mich., Bennie Bunch and Charles Helton, both of Barbourville; six sisters, Marcella Carnes, Betty Marcum and husband Wayne, Carol Garrett, Kathy Mills and husband Hershel, all of Barbourville, Lovella Dawkins and husband Allen and Sherry Luc, all of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren; among other loved ones and dear friends who mourn his passing. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Sunday, July 2 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Brian Hacker officiating. He was laid to rest in the Brittain Cemetery at Smokey. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
