Billy Joe Blair (December 22, 1962 - January 16, 2008) Billy Joe Blair age 45, of Barbourville, was born on December 22, 1962 in Clay County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Bill Blair and Marie Gibson Blair. Mr. Blair died at his home, Wednesday, January 16, 2008. He was a member of the New Covenant Church at Gray, Kentucky. On October 1, 2006, he united in marriage to Margie Ballew. He is survived by his wife, Margie of Barbourville; His Step-Children; Frank Hinkle and Melissa Gray and husband, Bob all of Stinking Creek; Several Dear Step-Grandchildren; His Sisters; Patricia Gray and Husband, Calvin and Pamela Isom and Husband, Lonnie all of Barbourville; Reva Southern and husband, Robert of London; His Brother; Donnie Blair and Wife, Shannon of Richmond, Kentucky; Several special Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services for Billy Joe Blair will be conducted, Sunday, January 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Hobert Bo Miracle and Rev. Ed Wayne Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in the Gilbert Cemetery at Girdler, with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers. The Blair Family will receive friends at the Hopper Funeral Home, Saturday, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday after 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Hopper Funeral Home |
