BETTY LOU WARREN, 60, of River Rouge, Michigan, formerly of Trace Branch, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2000 in the Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Mich. She was the daughter of the late Tolman and Carlotta Brock Trent born on August 11, 1939 in Knox County. She was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith. On February 24, 1962, she united in marriage with Roy Dean Warren at Heidrick and to this union two children were born. Survivors include her husband, Roy of River Rouge, Mich.; two children, Deana Ann Place and husband David Wayne of Tipton, Mich. and Sheri Renae Fort and husband James of Melvindale, Mich.; three sisters, Laurie Dyke of Peoria, Ill., Marie Mills of Trace Branch and Joyce Gilbert of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Clyde Trent and wife Janice of Woollum; four grandchildren; one sister-in-law; and a special friend; among other loved ones and dear friends who mourn her passing. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Thursday, July 6 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Russell Jones officiating. She was laid to rest in the W.H. Smith Cemetery. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
