| Mr. Wesley Darrell Rhodes, age 52 , of Hinkle, KY, was born July 29, 1956 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Bobby Alva Reece Rhodes and Jeanette Mae Welch and departed this life Wednesday October 1, 2008 in the Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. Darrell was a coal miner and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was of the Holiness faith and enjoyed fellowship with his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Bobby Daniel Rhodes. Survivors include his step-mother Pauline Liford Rhodes, a brother: Tony Rhodes and wife Judy all of Hinkle, former wife Louetta Messer Rhodes, two sons: Wesley Rhodes and wife Whitney, and Christopher Rhodes; and a daughter: Jeanette Rhodes Young and husband Chad, and 2 grandchildren Jacob and Katlin all of Moorhead, KY; and a nephew Anthony Josh Rhodes of Hinkle. Funeral Services for Mr. Wesley Darrell Rhodes will be conducted Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Free Spirit Baptist Church with Rev. Dean Liford bring the message and Rev. Columbus Hensley reading the Obituary, comments and Prayer. Burial will follow in the Liford Cemetery. Barbourville Affordable Funerals is in charge of all arrangements. |
