| Ollie Laws Queener, 80, of Himyar, was born on March 8, 1922 in Bell County, to the late George Laws and Melissa Gambrel Laws. Mrs. Queener passed away in the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital, Friday, March 22, 2002. She was a member of the Himyar Baptist Church. On Jan. 3, 1952, she was united in marriage to Carl Queener and to this union three sons were born. She is survived by her sons, Ralph Queener of Middlesboro, Ray Queener and wife Patty, and Jerry Queener, all of Himyar; her five grandchildren. Funeral services for Ollie Laws Queener were conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, March 26, 2002 with the Rev. A.Y. Mills and the Rev. David Rice officiating. Interment was in the Hammons Cemetery at Flat Lick. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. |
