John Prichard, 75, of Artemus, a son of the late Rev. John Ensley and Elizabeth Carpenter Prichard, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2003 in Knox County Hospital. He was a member of Little Poplar Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Bertha Messer Prichard; two daughters, Deanna Mills and husband Scott of Artemus and Janice Howard and husband Danny, also of Artemus; two sons, Carl Prichard of Barbourville and Charles Prichard and wife Brenda of Girdler; a sister, Daisy Pridemore of Bee Creek Road; four grandchildren; one stepdaughter; and a step great, granddaughter. Services were conducted Monday, June 30, 2003 in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jimmy Miller and John Engle officiating. Burial was in Prichard Cemetery at Mackey Bend. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
