| DESSIE PRICHARD MESSER, 87, of Stinking Creek, passed away Monday, July12, 1999 in the Barbourville Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Ensley Prichard and Matilda Partin Prichard born to them on September 13, 1999 at Bryants Store. She was the widow of Henry Messer. Funeral services were held in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, July 15 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. A.Y. Mills and the Dallas Messer officiating. Burial followed in the Mills Cemetery at Mills. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
