| Dorothy McREYNOLDS Mrs. Dorothy Jean Dye McReynolds, 40, of Hollywood, FL, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2007 in the Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. She was a daughter of C. B. and Floretta Jordan Dye born on July 6, 1966 in Barbourville. Mrs. McReynolds was a manager of Check On Go in Hollywood, FL and a member of the Northside Baptist Church. In earlier years, she attended the First Baptist Church of Barbourville. She enjoyed NASCAR, computer games and being a mother. On December 8, 2001, she united in marriage with Gene K. McReynolds in Hollywood, FL. She was preceded in death by a brother, Timmy Lee Dye and her grandparents, Willie 'Bill' and Nettie Fannon Dye and Nealie and Renie Messer Jordan. Survivors include by her husband, Gene K. McReynolds of Hollywood, FL; her parents, C. B. Dye of Barbourville and Floretta Jordan Farrell of Corbin; seven children, Marty Brooks of West Palm Beach, FL, Renee Brooks of Hollywood, FL, Kelly Brooks of West Palm Beach, FL, Michael McReynolds and Ashley and Tiffany McReynolds all of Fort Worth, TX, Jean McReynolds of Hollywood, FL and Prescott McReynolds of Fort Worth, TX; two brothers, Wayne Dye and wife, Elisha, of Lithia Springs, GA and Roger 'Joe' Dye and wife, Kelly, of Rockmart, GA; four sisters, Donna Sue Peters of Flat Lick, Katie May and husband, Mike, of Walker, Carol Osborne and husband, E. G., of Artemus and Lynn Frederick and husband, Ricky, of Flat Lick; four grandchildren, Valory Brooke Heath, Graedon McReynolds, Aschelynne McReynolds and Nicholas Toledo; among other loved ones and dear friends who mourn her passing. Her funeral service was conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, May 18 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Roger Jordan and Rev. Kenneth Farris officiating. Honorary bearers were her nephews.
