TERRY MILLS Mr. Terry W. Mills, age 55, of Talbott TN, was born June 29, 1953 in R. J. KY to the late James Mills, Jr. and Ailene Smith Mills and departed this life on Feb. 11, 2009 in Himyar. He was of the Jehovah�s Witness faith. He was an avid fisherman and always enjoyed good food. He was happiest when spending time with his children and grandchildren whom he loved dearly. In addition to his parents a brother Lloyd Mills preceded him in death. Terry is survived by 2 sons: Danny Mills and wife Jolynne of Talbot, and Jason Mills and wife Lynnsey of Morristown; a daughter: Tara Frazine and husband Keith of Talbott; a brother: James D. Mills and wife Gail of Walker; 3 sisters Lois Sizemore of Corbin, Searita Ball of White Pine TN, and Rosa Lee Sheppard and husband Marshal of Morristown; 4 grandchildren: Jeremiah, Caleb, Kaylinn, and Wesley, and another grandson due to arrive in June; a close special friend William Phipps; and a host of other relatives and many friends. Funeral Services for Mr. Terry Mills will be conducted Sunday, February 15, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Barbourville Affordable Funerals with Brother Kenneth Pankowitz officiating. Burial will be private to the family. Friends may call at the Barbourville Affordable Funerals Sunday from 12 noon to the funeral hour at 2.
