Thurman Hubbard, 76, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday, Feb 18, 2006 in Knox County Hospital. He was the son of the late Sol Hubbard and Elsie Mills Hubbard. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife; Nola E. Vaughn Hubbard; one son, Chris Hubbard and wife Carrie; one daughter, Sherry King and husband Donald; two brothers, Lowell Hubbard and wife Opal, and Shelby Hubbard and wife Edith; two sisters, Glessie Ballard and Tressie Hudson and husband Willie; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren. Services were conducted in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, Feb 23, 2006 with the Revs. Herman Hudson and Tommy Frazier officiating. Burial was in the Corinth Cemetery, Corbin, Ky. Hampton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
