| LESTER HELTON, 50, of Leavenworth, Indiana, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Sunday, December 20, 1998 in the UT Hospital in Tennessee. He was the son of the late Earl Helton and Charita Patterson Helton. He was a retired factory worker. On July 3, 1970 he was united in marriage to Donna Jean Carmack. Survivors include his mother Charita Helton of Barbourville. Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 23 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Frank Elliott, Junior Kelly, and Arnold Petrey officiating. Burial followed in the Chance Cemetery at Indian Creek. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. |
