| E.J. FOLEY, 57, of Barbourville, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 1999 in the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was the son of the late Joseph W. and Edna Bunch Foley born on September 24, 1941 in Barbourville. He was also a former school teacher at Barbourville City School, past president of Knox County Little League, a member of the Masonic Lodge 187 F&AM, the Oleika Shrine Temple of Lexington. On October 17, 1964, he united in marriage with Drucilla Elam in Barbourville. Survivors include his wife, Drucilla Foley of Barbourville. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Saturday, September 18 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Shane Nickell and the Rev. M.A. Reese officiating. He was laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may go to the First Baptist Church in Barbourville in loving memory of Mr. Foley. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
