Jack Davis (Died October 7, 2008) U.S. Veteran Jack Davis age 64, of St. John, Indiana and formerly of Hammond, Indiana died Tuesday October 7, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Janice Davis for 38 years and was the loving father of Keith and Brian Davis. Mr. Davis was a cherished grandfather of Brian Jack Davis. Dearest brother of Sue King, Betty Partin, Billie Messer, Loretta Broughton, Pauline Fee, and the late Doyle Davis. He is also survived by his sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Jack was a veteran of U.S. Army, a retired employee of Inland Steel. Member of St. John VFW Post 717 Men's Auxillary. Visitation for Jack Davis will be held Sunday, October 12, 2008 from 2 to 8 PM at the Elmwood Chapel in St. John , Indiana. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Monday October 13, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Church. Interment will be private. |
