He was the son of the late John and Martha Smith Clouse..Funeral services were held in the Hodapp Funeral Home Chapel in Cincinnati on Monday, June 28 at 10 a.m. Burial followed in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
