Suit for damages and injunctive relief against blocking of passway. The Circuit Court, Knox County, William L. Rose, J., denied relief and plaintiff filed motion for an appeal. The Court of Appeals concurred in the finding of the trial court. Motion overruled and judgment affirmed. PER CURIAM. This case is before us on motion for an appeal. The case involves a prayer for $500 damages for blocking a passway and a request for injunctive relief. The case was tried before the chancellor who denied the relief prayed.
