    Whereas, Andrew Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to (blank), a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Andrew Smith, as principal, and Newton Watkins & J.M. Bailey his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Andrew Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
