GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Wiley Amburgey has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Noah Sparkman 20 years old Wiley J. Sparkman 18 years old John Sparkman 15 years old, a Minor: heirs of Elijah Sparkman Deceased
    NOW WE, Wiley Amburgey, as principal, and L.C. Slone his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Wiley Amburgey will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
