GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Daniel Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Taulbee Smith, a Minor: of Samuel Smith Decd
    NOW WE, Daniel Smith, as principal, and S.J. Kilgore his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Daniel Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
