GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Cythia Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Edward Smith age 20 Johnnie Smith age 15 and Bertha Smith age 9, a Minors:  John Emery Smith Deceased.
    NOW WE, Cythia Smith, as principal, and Robin Cornett her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Cythia Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
