    Whereas, Alice Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Herbert Smith age 19 Wendell Smith age 16 Victor Smith 13 Kermit Smith 11 yr Maud Smith 8 yr, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Alice Smith, as principal, and H. H. Smith his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In sum of $1, 500 that the said Alice Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
