    Whereas, Anna Nickels has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sarah Nickels 13 years of age, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Anna Nickels, as principal, and James Salyers his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Anna Nickels will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
