GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Thomas Amburgey has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Lucinda Madden (illegible) Wm. Madden Margaret Madden Cassa Madden Polly Maden Christeen Madden, a: infant child of Arch Madden, deceased

    NOW WE, Thomas Amburgey, as principal, and Manton Cornett his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Thomas Amburgey will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
