GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Robert Bates has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Elsic Lee Johnson, a Minor: heir of Wm. Johnson
    NOW WE, Robert Bates, as principal, and S.M. Napier as Surity his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Robert Bates will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
