    Whereas, Pleas Jacobs has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Elizabeth age 13, Henry C. age 11, Morell age 6, Virgel age 5, Mazie 2, a Minor: of Alx Jacobs & Rachel Dec
    NOW WE, Pleas Jacobs, as principal, and H. H. Smith & Peyton Richie his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Pleas Jacobs will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
