    Whereas, Robert Evridge has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Mary Jane Hurt, a Minor: of Sela Hurt Decd.
    NOW WE, Robert Evridge, as principal, and (Wm. Sturgill name crossed out) L.C. Slone his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Robert Evridge will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
